1. Who is responsible for your data

LinkedPartner is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us about privacy at any time on Telegram at t.me/freddiepott.

2. What we collect

• Purchase details: your name, email address, billing country and order details. Card and payment details are collected and processed by Whop; we never see your full card number.
• Contact details you give us, such as your Telegram handle and the messages you send us.
• Campaign information you share with us to set up or run outreach (for example target lists, message copy and tool logins), especially on Done-For-You plans.
• Technical data: when you visit the site our hosting provider records standard request logs, including IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time.
• Your cart choices, saved in your own browser (local storage) so your selection is kept if you leave and come back. This stays on your device.

3. Why we use it

• To provide the service you bought, deliver accounts and support you (performance of our contract with you).
• To take payment, keep accounts and records, and meet tax and legal obligations (legal obligation).
• To keep the site and partner accounts secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms (legitimate interests).
• To send you service messages about your plan. We will only send marketing if you have agreed to it or the law otherwise allows it, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the service:

• Whop: checkout, payments and subscription management;
• Railway: website hosting and request logs;
• Telegram: if you contact us there;
• YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode): only when you choose to play a video testimonial;
• the partner whose account you use, where needed to operate and protect that account;
• professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK and EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site uses your browser's local storage only to remember your cart. Whop may set cookies that are strictly necessary to process payment, and YouTube may set cookies if you play a video.

If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

6. How long we keep it

We keep purchase and billing records for as long as the law requires (usually 6 years). Campaign information is deleted within 90 days of your plan ending unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host and then deleted.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under UK and EU GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Message us on Telegram and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and limiting access to people who need it. No system is completely secure, so please keep any logins we share with you private.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed; material changes will be communicated to active customers.
